Smart Toolbar is designed to provide quick access to Monica features. This tutorial will guide you through the process of using Smart Toolbar, in order to enlighten the applying method and maximize your using experience in various scenarios.

What is Smart Toolbar?

It is a user-friendly shortcut tool for Al text-based actions and smart image tools. This enables you to interact with any text-based content or image on the web and in the input section, handling them at your will within a blink.

How to Use Smart Toolbar?

Let's say, if you're reading through our Monica Bots help documentation, regardless of whether you have a programming background, when you wish to understand the terminology without barriers to assist in its application, you can use the 'Explain' feature. It proactively identifies the context and analyzes to provide the most suitable explanation for that particular instance.

1. Custom Skills

3. Monica Bot allows you to create custom skills to use external APIs. You can create a custom skill by entering the standard format of OpenAPI.
4. On the Bot creation page, click "Add Skill", then click "+ Create".
5. Enter the name and description of the skill. An accurate description will increase the success rate of the Bot calling skill.
6. If necessary, fill in the Auth (currently only supports API Key; you can customize the Header in Auth Type).
7. Fill in the Schema in OpenAPI Json format. You can use the Skill Schema Generator to help you create the Schema.
8. After filling in the Schema, click "Create" to complete the creation of the skill.
9. Once the skill is created, return to the "My Skill" page and add the skill you just created.

This way, everyone can customize skills for their own bot.
